As our customer base in the Netherlands keeps growing, we would like to cater to these guests in their native language. We are therefore looking for a Travel Consultant who is fluent in Dutch, but who is also able to work with our German customers.
Your responsabilities as travel consultant:
- Sales to our Dutch and German customer base
- Tailoring individual offers upon request within our capacities
- Handling bookings with our international partners
- Preparing customer’s travel documentsHandling of complaints
- Assisting in the translation of marketing texts from German into Dutch
Our requirements:
- Training in tourism and/or customer service
- Preferably work experience with a tour operator
- Work experience in sales
- Professional communication skills in Dutch and English
- Additional language skills in German are highly beneficial
- Attending fairs to promote sales
